Bro Code currently operates as an online store, making it easy for customers across Nepal to shop with us. Our office is located near Golden Peak School, Saraswatinagar, Chabahil, Kathmandu.

While we don’t have a physical retail outlet yet, we do provide curbside pickup and delivery options for customers who prefer to visit us directly.

Do you have a physical store or are you online-only?

We are currently an online-only store, serving customers all over Nepal. For those nearby, we also offer curbside delivery and pickup from our office for added convenience.

What is the difference between polarized and non-polarized lenses?

What payment methods do you accept?

We offer multiple payment options to make shopping with Bro Code as convenient as possible.

  • Inside the Kathmandu Valley (Kathmandu, Bhaktapur, Lalitpur, Kirtipur): Cash on Delivery (COD) is available.

  • Outside the Valley: Orders are shipped via courier partners and require prepayment. Customers can choose from:

    • Courier Office Pickup – Collect your parcel directly from our courier partner’s office (Rs. 100 charge).

    • Home Delivery – Have your order delivered to your doorstep (Rs. 200 charge).

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD), Bank Transfer, eSewa, Khalti, and Fonepay. As we grow, we plan to add more payment gateways for even greater convenience.

Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

Yes, we provide Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders within the Kathmandu Valley (Kathmandu, Bhaktapur, Lalitpur, and Kirtipur). For orders outside the Valley, prepayment is required, with options for courier office pickup or home delivery.

  • Inside Kathmandu Valley (Kathmandu, Bhaktapur, Lalitpur, Kirtipur): We offer direct delivery with Cash on Delivery (COD) service available.

  • Outside the Valley: We deliver through trusted courier partners. Customers can choose between:

    • Courier Office Pickup (Rs. 100 charge)

How long does delivery take?

Inside Kathmandu Valley: Orders placed before 11 AM are processed the same day and scheduled into our delivery routes. Most deliveries within the Valley are completed within 1–2 days.

Outside Kathmandu Valley: Orders are shipped through courier partners and typically take 2–3 days. However, delivery times may vary depending on factors such as road conditions, flight delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Outside the Valley:

Yes, we do offer same-day delivery within the Kathmandu Valley.

  • Orders placed before 11 AM are usually delivered the same day through our regular delivery routes. Orders placed after 11 AM are delivered the next day.

  • For orders placed after 12 PM, customers who need urgent delivery can request express service via ride-sharing apps such as Indrive or Pathao, with delivery charges borne by the customer.

For orders outside the Valley, delivery times are subject to courier schedules and typically take 2–3 days.

What happens if I am not available at the time of delivery?

If you are not available at the time of delivery, we will reschedule your order for the next day. Our delivery routes inside the Valley are planned in advance, so your order will be added to the next available route.

For customers outside the Valley, our courier partners will attempt redelivery or reschedule your parcel according to their delivery policies.

We recommend customers keep their phones accessible during delivery hours to ensure a smooth process.

Do you deliver internationally?

At the moment, we do not offer international shipping. However, we are actively exploring ways to expand our services to customers outside Nepal in the future.

That said, we do accept international payments for orders placed as gifts for loved ones in Nepal. Simply place your order through our website, enter the recipient’s address in Nepal, and we’ll deliver it on your behalf.

Do you offer curbside pickup?

Yes, we do offer curbside pickup for nearby customers. While Bro Code primarily operates online, customers are welcome to pick up their orders directly from our office located near Golden Peak School, Saraswatinagar, Chabahil, Kathmandu. This option is perfect for those who prefer to collect their purchase in person.

No, adding a product to your wishlist doesn’t reserve it. Stock availability may change, so if you want to secure an item, be sure to move it to your cart and proceed to checkout.

Can I get a notification when a product is restocked?

Yes, you can. For out-of-stock items, simply click “Join Waitlist” on the product page and enter your email address. We’ll notify you as soon as the product is back in stock so you don’t miss out.
