Exchange and Returns Policy

At Bro Code, we aim to ensure that every customer is completely satisfied with their purchase. However, we understand that issues may occasionally arise, such as receiving a damaged product or the wrong order. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
No Returns or Refunds
Please note that we do not accept returns or provide cash refunds for our products. Since we primarily deal with fashion and lifestyle accessories, once purchased, these items cannot be returned for a refund. Instead, in cases where an exchange is not possible, we provide store credit, which can be used toward any future Bro Code purchases.
We encourage our customers to take full advantage of our home try-on service to ensure that the product meets their expectations at the time of delivery.
Please note that once a product has been tried on and purchased through our home try-on service or during an office visit, we are unable to accept it for exchange or provide store credit.
Eligibility for Exchanges
You may request an exchange under the following conditions:
- You received a damaged product.
- The product you received is wrong or you received a wrong order.
- The product size or fit is incorrect (where applicable, e.g., eyewear frame fit)
To be eligible for an exchange:
- You must notify us within 3 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as received.
- Original tags, packaging, and invoice/proof of purchase must be intact.
Exchange Process
To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at 9801185782 or mail us at exchange@brocodenepal.com within 3 days of delivery.
When contacting us, include:
- Your order number (if purchased through our website) or invoice number (if purchased through other channels)
- A short description of the issue, along with photos if applicable.
Our customer support team will guide you through the process.
Charges for Exchanges
A nominal handling fee of Rs.50 applies for all exchanges for cases such as replacing an item for size/fit adjustments.
Store Credit
If the product you wish to exchange is unavailable at the time, we will issue you store credit. This credit can be used to purchase any other available product or to wait until your preferred product is restocked.
No Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges for Office Visit or Home Try-On Purchases
We offer a home try-on service, providing customers with the opportunity to confirm their liking for a product at the time of delivery.
Similarly, customers can opt to visit our office for purchase.
Please note:
- Products purchased through office visits or home-try-on services are considered final sales.
- Since you have the opportunity to examine or try the product during these services, such items are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
